How does it work?

Residents will place their trash and recycle outside their doors within the designated trash containers on pre-selected days and times. Our friendly staff will empty all containers without disrupting the residents.

Each day of service our employees will make sure common areas are checked and trash is discarded or emptied to ensure these areas stay welcoming to residents and potential guests.

Power Washing

Maintain a great appearance of your property with pressure washing. Also known as power washing, utilizing high pressure water to remove grime, mold, dirt, mildew, and other contaminants from various surfaces.

Pet Waste Station Service

Today most communities have dog parks, walking trails, playgrounds, or open spaces for families and their pets to utilize. We recognize these challenges and offer services to accommodate property managers in keeping a clean and welcoming area for families and their fury friends.

This service will begin nightly prior to the valet trash service. Our dedicated staff will walk the common grounds and will remove trash, dog waste, and provide the cleaning of pet waste stations.

Bulk Hauling and Junk Removal

Home 2 Home, offers this service to property management as well as residents. This service involves picking up and removing unwanted items from your home or business.
